Crane speaks to Turkey’s TRT World about allegations that Syrian President Bashar Assad has built a crematorium near Saydnaya Military Prison, believed to be a new way to slaughter enemies of the regime and to cover up the extent of illegal treatment of political prisoners. The allegations come from the US Department of State, which has released declassified satellite images showing the crematorium standing on land that was un-built in a comparable photo taken in 2013.
